Shipping

What is the delivery time for my order? We do our best to ship your order the same day on working days (which are ordered before 5 p.m.).

Shipments over seas are taking longer then usual due to Covid, we advice you to choose the shipping option DHL express at the check out. Packages ordered with DHL express will arrive in just a few days.

RETURNS

We hope you love your Bullet Equestrian Design products but we understand that you may change your mind. We accept refunds and exchanges for 14 days from receipt of the goods at your address.

1. Fill in your return form, you can find this form in the package. Enter your contact details, order number and reason for return on the return form that is included in the package.

2. Deliver your package at a post office and please keep the receipt with your Track & Trace code until your return has been processed. The return cost are for the customer. Bullet ED is not responsible for your return package. For that reason keep your track and trace so you can always see the whereabouts of the package. 

3. Your return notification will be processed immediately when the package is received. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (perfectly clean and brand new). It must also be in the original packaging and folded carefully to avoid wrinkles. Unfortunately we can't accept returns if the product is extremely wrinkly or has accumulated dirt.

5. After processing your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same method as the order was paid with.

EXCHANGES

Do you prefer a different size? Do you live in the EU? 

You can exchange your item to a different size or color. Send your package back to us with your preference size and color on the return form.  

When we have received your return shipment, the item (if in stock) will be shipped immediately. If the item is not in stock within 10 working days, we are unfortunately forced to credit the amount.
