RETURNS

Step-by-step plan:

1. After receipt you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days to dawn to cancel the agreement without giving any reason (including items from the sale).

The routine items should Items must be received unused, with their tags attached, and neatly folded in their original packaging. If the products are stained, a €5 deduction will be made from the purchase price.

2. Enter your contact details, order number and reason for return on the return form included in the package.

3. Hand in your package at a post office and keep the receipt with Track & Trace code until your return has been processed. Bullet Ed is not liable for returns, bTherefore, keep your track and trace code safe. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. After your return has been processed, the purchase price will be refunded using the same method used to pay for the order. Shipping costs are not refunded.

EXCHANGE

Would you prefer a different one? Size? Return your package to us. Please do not forget to include the packing slip with your return shipment and indicate which item you would like to exchange.

Once we receive your return, the item (if in stock) will be shipped immediately. If the item isn't back in stock within 5 business days, we'll unfortunately have to issue a credit.
